Wir haben bewährte Features erhalten, neue geschaffen und verbessert, wo es Verbesserungsbedarf gab. Ein neuer, besserer SPIEGEL: Die SPIEGEL-App bietet weiterhin kostenlosen, kompromisslosen Qualitätsjournalismus, Nachrichten, Hintergründe, Kommentare und Analysen. Unsere Redaktion ist durch die Zusammenlegung der Online- und Print-Abteilungen auf mehr als 500 Journalistinnen und Dokumentare gewachsen. So haben wir mehr Ressourcen für unabhängige Recherche und Faktenprüfung als je zuvor – und Sie profitieren davon. Neues Layout, mehr Orientierung: Unser neues Design macht Zusammenhänge deutlich. Übersichtliche Themenblöcke auf der Startseite erlauben Ihnen, so tief einzusteigen, wie Sie gerade möchten. Wir halten zu jedem relevanten Thema eine Vielzahl von Perspektiven und Einblicken bereit. Auf der Startseite finden Sie zudem vertraute Rubriken wie Politik, Ausland, Panorama oder Wirtschaft, aber auch das neue Ressort “Leben” - Ratgeber, die Ihnen nützen und Texte, die Sie berühren. Benachrichtigungen und Newsletter: Sie entscheiden, welche Benachrichtigungen und Newsletter Sie erhalten möchten, abhängig von Ihren Vorlieben und Interessen. Eilmeldungen, wichtige Nachrichten, Leseempfehlungen - damit Sie vorher wissen, was auf Ihr Handy gepusht wird, haben wir die Beschreibungen und Kategorien für Benachrichtigungen überarbeitet. Auch unser Newsletter-Angebot haben wir angepasst, für mehr Transparenz und Flexibilität. Neue Navigation: Unsere Navigation funktioniert jetzt ohne Umwege: Sie kommen direkt von der Startseite in unser Audio- oder Video-Angebot sowie zu allen SPIEGEL+ Inhalten. We received proven features, created and improved new ones where there was room for improvement.   A new, better MIRROR:   The SPIEGEL app continues to offer free, uncompromising quality journalism, news, backgrounds, comments and analysis. By merging the online and print departments, our editorial team has grown to more than 500 journalists. This means we have more resources for independent research and fact checking than ever before - and you benefit from it.   New layout, more orientation: Our new design makes connections clear. Clear subject blocks on the start page allow you to get as deep as you want. We have a variety of perspectives and insights on every relevant topic. On the home page you will also find familiar sections such as politics, abroad, panorama or business, but also the new “Life” section - guides that help you and texts that touch you.   Notifications and newsletters: You decide which notifications and newsletters you want to receive, depending on your preferences and interests. Breaking news, important news, reading recommendations - so that you know in advance what is being pushed on your cell phone, we have revised the descriptions and categories for notifications. We have also adjusted our newsletter offer for more transparency and flexibility.   New navigation: Our navigation now works without detours: You can access our audio or video offer as well as all SPIEGEL + content directly from the start page. To do this, use the central navigation bar in the lower display area.   Registration and benefits: Registering with SPIEGEL - the "SPIEGEL account" - now has free benefits. You will receive article recommendations based on your usage behavior and see which articles you have read so far. With the comment function, which we have technically completely modernized, you can debate with us and other SPIEGEL readers.   Feedback and exchange: Our aim is to continuously improve our products and content.
